“I have an accounting background and I did not see myself flourishing in this field when moved to the United Kingdom, so I decided to change career and I started my registered Childcare course where I was making money, but did not derive any fulfilment.
Then I decided to go back to university to study Early Childhood and community work maybe that will spark my inner being as there is prospect in this field but I did not just see myself doing this for long and wasn’t certain what this career is what I wanted and this may be familiar to you. After my graduation, I immediately proceed to post graduate program where I studied Business Psychology.
I did this in order to understand how organisation work and what needed to be successful in business as I did know that I wanted to be successful and that I wanted a job which provided a challenging yet supportive environment where I could learn a multitude of tasks and take control of my earnings.
Moreover, out of curiosity I decided to pursue my MBA International Human Resources Management to be able to understand what motivate employees, as my first Post graduate program was all about employers. How to help organisation to make profit, helping organisation to change so to say it is all about maximising profit for companies. Thus, having these two masters gives knowledge about organisational culture and people attitude towards work, more so these two programs complement each other and I wasn’t disappointed gaining this knowledge.
Like many people in recruitment, industries might want to jump quickly into establishment of their business as soon as gained required experience. Nonetheless, I continue working for same company maintaining low profile to observe things, and to put the theoretical aspect into life occurrence. Although, I eventually moved to lead our very successful business and expand it into global sphere and I hope my story helps you to consider whether you can be successful at Future Eagle Consultants and gives you an idea of what #YourFECStory could be.”
